"it's not helpful" list sticker

There are things that I know just aren't helpful and sometimes I barrel right through that awareness because I haven't really clocked it – I haven't really brought my knowing into my awareness. This sticker is a little landing place for those pesky things I know really aren't helpful. There's no should built in... I'm still responsible for minding my business whether I do the things or not. What happens next is up to me, but once I've got the sticker complete, I can make some willful decisions in the face of what I know I know.
