"Questions for When I'm Angry" offers 25 questions to engage your anger without judgement, influence, or agenda. Each question is carefully crafted to invite your clearest self to come forward and relate with your anger as it is (which is really just fine). 

We debated naming this pack "questions for my anger" but at the end of the day, you can invite these questions in whenever you'd like. Whether you're calling in your anger or already in it, this pack came out of a deep regard for anger as it stands alone, and also the fierce protector of self and others that anger can be (or try to be). 

We have found that the more we tune into the present state of feeling, like anger, or allow ourselves to sit with another's anger, the more at peace we become with the force behind the feeling.  

Use these stickers in your journal, as a conversation starter with a beloved, or on the wall of a bathroom stall. There's no right way. 

Each sticker measures 2.25"x1.25" with a semi-gloss finish on thermal sticker paper.
