Questions for My Fear sticker pack

What am I afraid of? Fear can be such an intense, paralyzing, and secret-making feeling. We put this pack together with loving attention to the times when we're afraid; rather than getting stuck in it, avoiding the experience or place that fear lives (internally or externally), we opt to relate with the fear. 

As always, there's no judgment or agenda. Whatever the reason or source for our fear, the goal isn't to eliminate it, but rather understand what's there for us in the face of the fear. There's the opportunity for deeper clarity on the bigger vision, on the things we need to take seriously, on the little bits of life that plague us, and how fear relates to the bigger picture.

Use these stickers to spark inner conversation, slap one on your car dash for in-transit reflection, or tear them up and make a bowl to draw a question from when your fear comes up. There's no right way.
