Mirror, mirror on the wall...A bundle of stickers to notice my part in all this - a loving look at what I'm up to.

Included in this bundle are 2 packs of Questions (Questions for when I'm stuck & Questions for when I'm angry); 1 Considering pack (Considering Who taught me); 1 @Inquisitive_Human Questions & Considerations pack (Questions & considerations on: Relational Fuckery); 10 for anywhere stickers (5 "we only get free when we fight for all of us" & 5 "If another human's existence causes you distress, you would likely benefit from building your window of tolerance stickers" stickers); 6 stationery list stickers (3 "I've got a lot of love" & 3 "If things go wrong, I'm prepared to" stickers).

In these times, stickers are helpful companions.

We put this bundle together as a collection of packs to support an exploration into the self we can see with an honest look in the mirror; not just who do I think I am, but how am I showing up in the world? What's my part in all this?

Considering Who Taught Me includes 13 sticker lists to consider and name what you've got. That is considerations like what you know, who taught you what, what you've practiced, how you know what you know – all considering your teachers.

Questions For When packs each include 25 questions; each pack centers around the feeling or circumstance in its name – without judgment or agenda, these little questions prompt relating with some of the emotional circumstances that can feel the most challenging, overwhelming, or negative – pride & shame.

Questions for when I'm stuck offers questions to relate with the place on the map we find ourselves stuck, to relate with the thing (the stuck) so maybe it moves, wiggles, shifts, reveals, clarifies; and who knows, maybe you find yourself moving again.

Questions for when I'm angry invites you to relate with your anger whether you're calling it in or already angry AF. This pack came out of a deep regard for anger as it stands alone, and also the fierce protector of self and others that anger can be (or try to be).

The @Inquisitive_Human (aka James-Olivia Chu Hillman) collaboration pack, Questions & Considerations on: Relational F***ery is loaded with 25 questions & considerations that can be found on James-Olivia's instagram (@Inquisitive_human).

"Relational fuckery" is a term to describe ways of relating with self & others grounded in contempt, domination, & separation. When practiced consistently & by many people, these ways of relating become a widespread culture of supremacy.

Use these stickers to get specific – where does relational fuckery show up in our relationships with ourselves & others? Which of these ways of relating show up the most in my life? Where & in what relationships do I have the opportunity to do something different? What does different look like?

The For Anywhere stickers are to be used however you like. These stickers both come from a deep belief over here that we need all of us to play our part, yes, that even means you. We only get free when we fight for all of us.

The other For Anywhere stickers in this pack read "if another human's existence causes you distress, you would likely benefit from building your window of tolerance".

Each question or prompt invites you to get specific and curious with what it is you've got – and maybe you invite someone else into the conversation.

The stationery stickers are simple frameworks to aid in noticing & catching what you've got. Included in this bundle are: 3 "I've got a lot of love" list stickers which prompt you to make a little list of things you love, each prompted with "I love"; & 3 "If things go wrong, I'm prepared to" list stickers prompt you to make a little list of things you're prepared to do, each prompted with "I'm prepared to".

Use these stickers in your journal, as a conversation starter with beloveds, on the wall of a bathroom for some community engagement, or anywhere else you see fit. There's no right way.
