A bundle of stickers to ground into the forces that shape you

Included in this bundle are 2 packs of Questions (Questions for my pride & Questions for my shame); 1 Considering pack (Considering Skills & Abilities); 1 @Inquisitive_Human Questions & Considerations pack (Questions & considerations on: Supremacy); 10 for anywhere stickers (5 "do you trust yourself today? yes/no" & 5 "you are one perpetual achievement" stickers); 6 stationery stickers (3 "Things I know about myself" list stickers & 3 "my dictionary" stickers).

In these times, stickers are helpful companions.

We put this bundle together as a collection of packs to support an exploration into the forces that shape the person you are today & how it is you show up in your world. In times like these we aim to root back into the clearest, most grounded truth we can, at the heart of the power and influence we hold - in our living selves.

Considering Skills & Abilities includes 13 sticker lists to consider and name the skills & abilities you've got. That is, considerations like what you've done before, what you can do, what is easy, your experience, what you enjoy.

Questions For When packs each include 25 questions; each pack centers around the feeling or circumstance in its name – without judgment or agenda, these little questions prompt relating with some of the emotional circumstances that can feel the most challenging, overwhelming, or negative – pride & shame.

Questions for my pride: No matter how you define it, how you conceptualize of it - hubris or self-esteem - we find great value in relating with our experiences and expressions of pride, especially considering the counterpoint that pride holds to shame. What am I proud of?  How does pride relate to my humanity? How does pride ground me? What has pride taught me?

Questions for my shame: to prompt the brave work of relating with your shame. We've been doing a lot of work with shame in these parts and as often happens, ended up with a lot of simple questions – and a lot of clarity on the shame we carry. The hardest part about working with shame is turning to face the "monster" - or distortion - in the mirror; after that, it's a relational clean up job with ourselves, our parts, our beings. Who is under all that shame?

The @Inquisitive_Human (aka James-Olivia Chu Hillman) collaboration pack, Questions & Considerations on: Supremacy is loaded with 25 questions & considerations that can be found on James-Olivia's instagram (@Inquisitive_human). The questions within this sticker pack are simple & powerful tools to get personal & curious with ourselves, our lives, & our communities about how supremist ways of thinking & being manifest.

The For Anywhere stickers are to be used however you like. "do you trust yourself today? yes/no" - we offer this as a simple question to get clear on the bottom line with yourself.

The other For Anywhere stickers in this pack read "you are one perpetual achievement". It's a note to self, an inherency we often forget. Remind yourself on the wall in your home, a mirror, or your notebook. Place it in the world to remind strangers or send them to friends in the mail.

As always, our stickers are created without judgement, influence, or agenda in mind. Each question or prompt invites you to get specific and curious with what it is you've got – and maybe you invite someone else into the conversation.

The stationery stickers are simple frameworks to aid in noticing & catching what you've got. Included in this bundle are: 3 "Things I know about myself" list stickers which prompt you to make a little list of things you know about yourself, each prompted with "I am"; & 3 "my dictionary" stickers which guide you through your definition, a dictionary definition, etymology (origin) & related words.

Use these stickers in your journal, as a conversation starter with beloveds, on the wall of a bathroom for some community engagement, or anywhere else you see fit. There's no right way.
