The 5 Things: Exploring Activation sticker pack includes 13 individual prompts intentionally lacking influence or judgment, to guide you into your relationship with activation. We put this pack together with the nervous system in mind, hoping it will help tune you into your experience with sensation, activation, what soothes you, what jacks you up, & other places in between. 

Complete prompts in one night (though not recommended with this pack as it may be... activating), over a month or year, alone, with a partner, with a stranger... with your cat on your lap. There's no right way, there's no right answer. 

Each sticker measures 4"x 6" with a semi-gloss finish on thermal sticker paper.
