This pack of stickers "Questions for my shame" offers 25 questions to prompt the brave work of relating with your shame. We've been doing a lot of work with shame in these parts and as often happens, ended up with a lot of simple questions – and a lot of clarity on the shame we carry.
As always, these questions are written without judgement, influence, or agenda. They're written with love, each question inviting you to get specific and curious with your shame.
Use these stickers in your journal, as a conversation starter with beloveds, on the wall of a bathroom stall, or anywhere else you see fit. There's no right way.
Each sticker measures 2.25"x1.25" with a semi-gloss finish on thermal sticker paper.
