Daily Energetics Sticker

We collaborated with Courtney Koester – of www.ckoesterinspired.com and @ckoesterinspired on Instagram – to bring you this DAILY ENERGETICS reference sticker, mapping out the energetics of each day of the week to aid in orienting and living in alignment with the natural cycles, the cosmic order, the flow of things.

About a year ago I was trying to get clearer on my own rhythms and routines. I was trying to find some meaning in it, find some sense and tether points. I reached out to Courtney who holds a rich well of wisdom about energetics, cycles, and how we can make sense of our human selves in the midst of systems and ways of doing that aren't super natural for these human beings that we are. And naturally, a sticker came of it.

This sticker captures the daily energetics for each of the seven days of the week including their planetary ruler and elemental guide.
