This poetry sticker featuring the words AND art of k diederich aka @k__d_art surprised both of us as we were finishing up some beautiful sticker labels for her bitters bottles –
We were plotting future collabs, riffing on the beauty & magic of erasure poetry, & bemoaning dollar-signs in the eyes of those who see value in our creative freedom when she let out this beautiful little assertion:
"I just want to pick berries then die at some point, preferably while picking berries."
And as I do, I felt a poem & saw a sticker – k diederich is always communicating in poems, even in her paintings and bitters and staging of all things. Some time later and a bit of back and forth, an art poem sticker.
