A bundle of stickers to ground into the *here & now* –

Included in this bundle are 5 packs of Questions (Questions for when I'm worried, Questions for my hope, Questions for my no, Questions for my Vision, Questions for when I'm stuck); 1 Considering pack (Considering the Here & Now); & 5 "Do you trust yourself today" stickers

In these times, stickers are helpful companions.

We put this bundle together as a collection of packs to support grounding into the present when things are real overwhelming, moving fast, folding in on themselves, confusing or diffuse.

Considering the Here & Now includes 13 sticker lists that prompt you to consider and name what you've got. That is considerations like what you love, what worries you, your beliefs, what you trust, what you judge – all in the here & now.

Questions For When packs each include 25 questions; each pack centers around the feeling or circumstance in its name – without judgment or agenda, these little questions prompt relating with some of the emotional circumstances that can feel the most challenging, overwhelming, or negative. Whether you're trying to shift something in yourself, get more clarity, build capacity, or map what you've got, the stickers are here for you!

The Do you trust yourself today? YES / NO stickers are a part of our "for anywhere" sticker line. Use these stickers however you like, we consider the question to be one of the most basic, bottom-line, down-to-business we've got. On days when we don't have a tolerance (or time) to journal, sit with the feels, or dive into the circumstances, this question centers us quick.

As always, our stickers are created without judgement, influence, or agenda in mind. Each question or prompt invites you to get specific and curious with what it is you've got – and maybe you invite someone else into the conversation.

Use these stickers in your journal, as a conversation starter with beloveds, on the wall of a bathroom for some community engagement, or anywhere else you see fit. There's no right way.
